AROUND THE BAY, here we come!!!  The ACTIVE crew is happy to be involved in North America’s oldest running event, Hamilton’s Around the Bay 30K!!!

Please stop by our booth at the Race Expo (Fri March 28th 1-6pm, and Sat March 29th 10-6) and say hello!  Our team members will answer your pre-race health questions/concerns, and you can get a little “tune-up” with some Active Release, stretching, or a mini-massage!

Dr. Worobec and her husband Chris will be running Around the Bay on Sunday, March 30th….. come out to cheer on the nearly 7000 participants!!!
