WELCOME TO OUR NEWEST TEAM MEMBER!!!! We are excited to announce the addition of our latest team member, Mary-Lin Kennedy!  Mary-Lin is a graduate of The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, where she obtained her Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) designation.  She is currently enrolled with the National Association of Sports Nutritionists and will write the final exam for her Primary Sports Nutritionist License in June 2008. Over the past 5 years Mary-Lin has completed 7 marathons including running the Boston Marathon in both 2005 and 2006.  For the 2007 season she decided to pursue triathlon and went on to finish Ironman Lake Placid.  Over the past few years she has also been a clinic instructor/coach for the Marathon, ½ Marathon and Learn to Run clinics at the Running Room Hamilton location. She is looking forward to helping athletes of all abilities improve their nutrition and is available for appointments Tuesday and Friday afternoons between 12:00pm and 5:00pm.  Give her a call at 905-681-ACTIVE!
