ASSUMPTION CATHOLIC SECONDARY SCHOOL WELLNESS DAY!

On Monday, June 9th, ACTIVE staff visited Assumption High School in Burlington to celebrate their “Wellness Day”.  Named the “healthiest staff in the Halton Catholic District School Board”, Assumption staff was provided with a heart-healthy luncheon, and the ACTIVE team was on-hand, providing massage, gait analysis, and nutritional consultations.
